Simple moisture-guided care for one plant
G1 checks the soil, waters only when the reading is below the selected target and then checks the response. It sleeps between routine checks to conserve battery power while keeping essential settings available on the Cube.
Setup, calibration and everyday operation
Follow the complete PlantMate G1 setup and user guide, including connections, first-time calibration, settings, watering logic, alerts and safe operation.
What this item is designed to do
Measure before watering
The soil sensor determines whether watering is needed instead of relying on a fixed timer alone.
Water and recheck
G1 can run up to three watering cycles with a 15-second soak between attempts and stops after the soil response reaches its stable target condition.
Sleep between checks
After setup, the Cube normally sleeps and wakes about every six hours; press Wake Up whenever you want to view the current status.

Placement and setup note
Keep the Cube and every electrical connection dry; only the pump is intended to be submerged. Place the moisture sensor where the water reaches it, start with supervised tests and adjust settings after observing the soil response.
