Most orders are shipped with UPS. We also use FedEx, and Canada Post may be used for certain destinations or packages. We select the carrier based on the destination, service availability and the most suitable delivery option for the order.
Most eligible orders use flat-rate shipping. Your final shipping charge and currency are clearly displayed in the cart or at checkout before payment.
In-stock orders are usually dispatched within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or British Columbia statutory holidays are normally processed on the next business day.
Please allow up to seven business days within Canada and up to 14 business days outside Canada after dispatch. Remote destinations, customs processing, severe weather and carrier delays may add time. Your tracking page provides the latest carrier estimate.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional, but it makes it easier to review previous orders, access eligible downloads and find tracking information in one place.
Customers with an account can open My Account → Orders to view available order documents. Guest customers, or anyone who needs a pro forma invoice, can email plantmateinfo@gmail.com with their name and purchasing details.
Check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct. If the message is still missing, contact us with your name and order number, if available.
Contact us as soon as possible. Because orders are processed quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered the shipping process.

PlantMate G1 is designed for soil-moisture-controlled watering of one indoor potted plant. PlantMate G2 supports two independent sensor-controlled watering zones, Timer Mode and a local web dashboard. Review the product pages, or tell us about your plants and setup for personal guidance.

Visit Downloads for available files. Purchased digital products can also appear under My Account → Downloads. A product labelled as a file download does not include a physical item unless its product page says otherwise.
Confirm the model number, follow the matching guide, check that the reservoir has water, keep the pump submerged as instructed, remove tubing kinks and keep controllers and electrical connections dry. If the problem continues, send us the model, settings and a short description of what happens.
Keep controllers, power connections and other electronic components dry unless the product instructions explicitly state otherwise. Always follow the placement and safety guidance for your model.
Yes. The PlantMate shop includes pumps, sensors, tubing, watering rings, fittings and DIY components. Check each product description for dimensions and compatibility, or ask us before ordering if you are unsure.
What to do when an order or product needs personal attention.
Please review our Return & Refund Policy before sending anything back. Eligible returns generally must be requested within 14 days and must meet the conditions in the policy. Contact us before returning an item.
